If you have been selected for testing, you will receive an invitation email from us. If you confirm your participation, you are automatically included in the nearest testing process, the time of which will be specified after mutual email communication.

ARRIVING AT PIXEL IN BRATISLAVA

• The Pixel Federation Research Laboratory is located on the address Kuzmányho 8, Bratislava.

• Once you arrive at the address at the agreed time you will phone us and one of our dedicated specialists will come and get you and provide you with the necessary information about testing.

DURING TESTING

• The testing takes place in our research lab or remotely via the internet. You can use a PC/Mac or a mobile device.

• It is likely, that you will be testing versions of the project that are still in development. This means, that you may encounter parts of it, that is still being worked on.

• You may be testing alone, or with others. This depends on the nature of the test and its complexity.

• You will get an introduction with instructions from the UX research before the testing. You will get to know everything important about the process of testing. Please, listen carefully!

• All tests are being recorded. In the majority of cases, we record the device screen while testing, sound and capture the view of the tester. All recording are exclusively for internal use only. We never share our recordings to third parties, nor will they be publicly projected.

• After testing you will, of course, receive a valuable reward.
